I have a raging migraine - I think it's because I haven't had caffeine today. I'm trying to cut out the soft drinks - I haven't had Pepsi at work in a week and I decided that I should cut out the Pepsi at home too. So I just didn't buy any this weekend when I went grocery shopping. And oh the pain! Cold turkey is just not smart!
